"The first question re airport is of no relevance as I was picked up at a house.
The driver was some five minutes late. This should not be a great deal but having been let down by other drivers in the past it courses quite some distress as it is not clear in the first place how big an issue this could become. I called your office and could reach someone who could explain the delay and when to expect the car to arrie :) . Instead of me having to act I would have appreciated receiving an SMS ir call letting me know to expect the driver 5 minutes late."
